Rango

Rango joins your calls, takes notes, and speaks up when you ask.

Rango has its own email address, so you invite it the same way you’d invite a colleague. Add it to any Zoom, Google Meet or Teams call and it sits in, listens, and answers when someone calls on it.

Just sayand it answers. Press play to hear what that sounds like.

In the call, just say

Hey Rango

Rango gets its own email address. Add it to any Google Meet, Zoom, or Teams invite — just like adding a person. It joins the call, answers out loud when you ask, and looks things up while you talk.

No credit card required. 20 seconds to a working agent.

How it works

Invite it the way you’d invite anyone else.

Rango comes with an email address. Put that address on the calendar invite, or paste it into a call that’s already running. There isn’t a second step.

There’s nothing to install and nothing for IT to approve. If you can add a guest to a meeting, you can add Rango.

rango-4

Works with Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams.

More than a notetaker

Set it up for the kind of calls you have.

Tell Rango what matters, in your own words. Maybe you want a sales sidekick on demos and a quiet notetaker on board calls. Make as many as you like, each with its own name and email address.

It can look things up while you’re still talking.

Connect the tools you already use and Rango can open a file, check a status or dig up a number without anyone leaving the call. Instead of “let me get back to you on that”, you just ask: “Rango, what did we quote them?”

Works with the tools your team already uses.

It remembers every call.

Every meeting goes into Rango’s memory: who was there, what came up, what was decided. Three months from now you can ask what a client promised on the first call, and it will tell you and point to the moment it happened.

Connect your tools

It does the follow-up, not just the notes.

Say “Hey Rango, book the follow-up” and it’s on the calendar before the call ends. Decisions go to your team channel, deals get updated, to-dos get logged, all in the tools you already use.

Ask about anything

Questions after the call? Ask Rango.

Nobody remembers months of meetings. Rango was in all of them, so you can ask what was promised, what got decided and who said they’d handle it.

Every answer says which call it came from, so you can go back and hear it yourself. It only draws on your own meetings. If they don’t cover something, it tells you that rather than guessing.

What did we promise Acme about the migration date?

You committed to the end of March, with the caveat that it depends on their SSO rollout finishing first. Dana owns confirming that date with them.

Or ask

  • What did we promise the client about the timeline?
  • Has anyone raised concerns about the pricing change?
  • What did we decide about hiring, and who owned it?
  • Remind me what Sarah said about the integration.

Trust

Everyone on the call is in control, not just the host.

Rango shows up as a named guest that everyone can see in the participant list. It’s never hidden.

Your conversations stay yours. You can see everything Rango remembers, whenever you like.

How Rango handles your data

Security & privacy

Where your data goes, and where it doesn’t.

Plain answers. For each promise below we’ve named the mechanism behind it, so someone technical on your side can check it rather than take our word for it.

We don’t sell your data

Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, and not as anonymised “industry insight” either. You pay for Rango, so your meetings never need to be the product.

Your data is walled off from everyone else’s

The wall is built into the database itself, not into our code. The account our app uses simply can’t see past it, so even a buggy query returns nothing rather than someone else’s meeting.

We don’t hold the keys to your other accounts

When you connect a tool, the credential that lets it act is stored by Composio, the service that runs those connections. It never lands in our database. Someone who stole every row we have still couldn’t get into your inbox.

Pro

For back-to-back days, and the sharper ear in the call.

$99/ month

billed monthly

  • 15 hours of meetings a month — roughly 15–20 typical calls.
  • Sharper thinking during the call: it weighs what is being proposed and speaks up when it has something worth hearing.
  • Up to 4 hours per call.
  • Counted by the minute — a 10-minute call uses 10 minutes.
  • Notes and transcripts kept for a year.
  • Run out? Add more hours without changing plan.
  • Choose your agent's email address.

Hours are counted by the minute. A 12-minute stand-up uses 12 minutes, not an hour — the clock runs only while your agent is actually in the room, and stops the moment it leaves.

Notes & summaries

And yes, the notes are covered.

You get a clean summary with decisions and action items before anyone has left the call, plus a full transcript you can search. That’s the baseline. Everything above is what a notetaker can’t do.
