Rango vs Otter.ai: notetaker or teammate?

There is a moment that happens in almost every working meeting. Someone asks, "wait — what did we actually agree on this last time?" and the room goes quiet. Somebody promises to check. The topic dies.

Otter cannot help with that moment, and it is worth being precise about why, because Otter is genuinely good at what it does. What one question changes

Every call updates a knowledge base — pages about the people, projects and decisions in your world — and that is what the agent answers from next time. Otter's archive gets bigger. Choosing

If you want a faithful record and you are content doing the recalling yourself, Otter is a fine tool and this is not a knock on it. If the moment you keep losing is the one where the answer existed and nobody could produce it, that moment is the entire reason Rango exists.
