A meeting happening right now

Paste the meeting link — Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams — into the box on the front page and press the button. Rango joins the call as a named guest, appears in the participant list, and posts a short message explaining how to talk to it. That is the entire setup. No account, no card, no browser extension, nothing installed on anyone's machine.

A meeting on the calendar

Choose the invite path instead and you get an email address for your agent. Add that address to any calendar invite the way you would add a colleague, and Rango turns up when the meeting starts. This is the path that makes recurring meetings effortless — add it once to the series and it is simply always there.

In the call

Say the wake phrase and ask: "Hey Rango, what does their pricing page say?" It answers out loud. Saying its name in passing — "we should ask Rango later" — does nothing, on purpose; it responds to being addressed, not mentioned.

Afterwards

When the meeting ends you get a summary, the decisions with owners, key takeaways, open questions and the full transcript, all on the meeting page. Your first meeting is free, and everything it wrote is yours to keep — the trial does not take its notes back.

When you want to keep it

Everything so far happened in an anonymous workspace living in your browser. Add your email and the workspace is saved — nothing moves, nothing is lost, and you can get back to it from any machine. That is also the moment to look at plans, which are priced by meeting hours and counted by the minute.
